Posies

These tall thin pieces are fun to do, I seldom know what is going to happen when I begin painting,  color goes down first  and with this piece I attached fabric to make it more dimensional the figures were etched in to the first layer of paint, the leaves are from paper I had made previously, I tore it in small pieces and applied it to the canvas, the posies were the last to bloom on the canvas.
