You see things; and you say, "Why?"
But I dream things that never were; and I say
"Why Not?"
George Bernard Shaw
Many layers of paper and paint were
applied to this canvas. One of the purchased papers in the background is
called Monet's Garden and that describes the palette very well. I like
the feeling of a little mystery in the eyes of the woman. The three
small bundles of hand painted paper are tied with wax linen.
